Formal Wear
It is not often that ordinary people need to be formally dressed up for functions and such. But when formal wear is required, this is when panic tends to start as you do not know what to wear and where to get them.
The other day, my husband has to wear a tuxedo to a really formal business function. There is actually one in his wardrobe and luckily, he tried it on several days before the function because it no longer fits when he put it on. So, the mad scramble to go and get another one and to ensure that it would be ready to be picked up the night before.
I guess the lesson is it is always good to take out those suits that you seldom wear and try them on now and then to make sure that they still fit. Otherwise, when you do need to wear them, you might just find they can no longer accommodate your size!
