About

Victoria Harbor, Hong Kong
I’m a 30 something or perhaps, closer to 40-year-old female leading a boring homemaker life with a 2.5 year old kid in a crowded small island called Hong Kong. I’m originally from Malaysia but married to a Hongkie, which is why I’m currently stuck in this metropolitan city.
Personality-wise, I’m a procrastinator and a very indecisive woman. But once I do make up my mind, I can be very, very stubborn, which I’m sure my husband can attest to. I’m a lousy cook and I hate house chores although cooking and cleaning are supposed to be part of my housewifely duties. Don’t ask me how I ended up as a stay-at-home mom because going by my career path, I should be sitting in an office chair processing multi-million dollar loans for corporate clients. But fate has it that I should be looking at a kid rather than numbers and dollar signs so, that career is now history.
I started out blogging because I wanted a place to jot my thoughts as a mom to an active toddler, who is constantly driving me up the wall. But I have since discovered that just writing about my son day in day out can be extremely boring and I think perhaps, I should expand my topics to include parenting issues so that we can all share our views and have a little debate. Apart from that, I think I would also try to write a little poem or two, which is another one of my interests.
Hope you will stick around. See ya!

The photo of Victoria Harbor is beautiful. This is the first time I read your about page and it tells me more about you. Now I know you are married to a Hongkie.
Hi there.

I love your place. I have been to HK twice and will certainly come back for more shopping sprees and visit to Disney!
It’s nice to read your blogs and your page on love poems. Wow!
Feel free to pass by site anytime…
Have a nice day (rather, Good Evening there in HK)!
